Personalized Evaluation and Programme

Our objectives are realistic and adapted to individual needs.

For each training course, we conduct a test that evaluates  knowledge and level in the language. During an oral interview with a pedagogic manager, we determine the trainee's proficiency level on the European ALTE scale.

A personalized study programme is established based on the student's professional and social needs. This is transmitted to the training manager or the trainee. It includes all the training parameters necessary to attain the required level and stated objectives.

Course Monitoring

Throughout the entire training, we conduct pedagogical and administrative assessments.

An evaluation is made mid-course. This enables us to make any requested adjustments to the programme.

At the end of the course, a comprehensive report details the progress made and the level attained.

The company’s training department receive the results of the initial and final evaluations. Each month, we send out a bulletin that specifies the hours taught, the training progression and the attendance rate.
